The AandelenXpress platform is a combination of notarial practice and corporate law education. The AandelenXpress is organized by DeHeng Civil Code N.V. (www.dehengcc.com), a notarial firm engaged in both practice and training. The parent firm specializes in international corporate law. Traditionally, the firm has primarily operated as an advisory practice.
During the COVID period, we developed a focus on national online services. In this context, compliance and security throughout the entire online process are crucial. Because the AandelenXpress and the secure software environment are operated by the notarial firm, the data entered into the portal are also protected under the official duty of confidentiality and the related professional privilege of notaries.
